The word “Mudon” comes from Arabic and means “cities.” The project was originally intended to be three times larger than it is now. The initial proposal called for Mudon to be transformed into five historic Middle Eastern cities: Baghdad, Beirut, Cairo, Damascus, and Marrakech.

Mudon, on the other hand, has since been transformed into a new home development on the desert’s fringes, ideally located at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road. Mudon features a selection of ready-to-move-in townhouses, villas, and upcoming off-plan extensions. It has grown in popularity as a low-cost villa vacation resort in Dubai.

Rahat may be reached through Umm Suqeim Rd, Al Qudra Rd, Hess Rd, and Emirates Rd. Rahat’s 450 villas were unveiled in October 2013.

Arabella Townhouses Phase 1 has two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached residences with maid’s quarters. Arabella Phase 1 townhouses are 1,669 square feet, three-bedroom townhouses range from 1,991 to 2,400 square feet, four-bedroom townhouses are 2,603 square feet, and five-bedroom townhouses are 3,068 square feet.

The handover for this project was in 2020. Mudon Views

Mudon Views is a new seven-story building with 1 – 3 bedroom apartments and two-storey duplex. It is the sole residential development in Mudon, and it was completed and handed over in 2020.
